Report Delivery

At Delta Minds Research, we strive to deliver your market research reports promptly and securely. Standard (off-the-shelf) reports are generally delivered within 48 to 72 business hours following payment confirmation and completion of our quality assurance process.

All reports are delivered electronically to the email address provided during the ordering process. Depending on the report and the selected license, your purchase will be delivered in PDF and Microsoft Excel format. Please ensure that the email address provided at the time of purchase is accurate to avoid any delay in delivery.

For custom research projects, the delivery schedule will be communicated by your assigned research consultant before the project begins. The estimated timeline may vary depending on the scope, complexity, and specific requirements of the project. Work on custom research will commence only after the project scope, deliverables, and payment terms have been mutually agreed upon.

Please note that any modifications, additional data requests, or changes to the approved project scope after the commencement of the research may require additional time and may be subject to supplementary charges. Any such revisions will be discussed with the client and confirmed before additional work is undertaken.
